MANAGER
Michael graduated from the University of Guelph in 2009 and started his career in marketing in the construction industry. In 2011, he decided to shift his focus to pursue accounting and he has since spent more than a decade in public accounting working for clients in a variety of industries.
Much of Michael’s experience is focused on audit & assurance and comprehensive tax planning for small and medium sized businesses. Michael focuses on integrating a client’s business and personal life circumstances into comprehensive solutions and meticulously helps clients understand any immediate and long term tax and business implications. He has a breadth of experience in other areas, including: financial projections for client loan applications, employee compensation, cash flow management, accounting systems management and development and a variety of related operational issues for businesses.
He strives to develop long lasting and meaningful relationships with clients and coworkers alike and to generate integrated and holistic solutions into client decision making. Michael has been working on a fully remote basis since 2019 and is based in British Columbia.
